Headlining this launch would be a new-age innovation in the form of Elliman Inspirations, which happens to be an AI-powered home discovery tool, geared towards offering personalized property search capabilities and a private agent-client collaboration space.
More on that would reveal how Elliman Inspirations makes it possible for agents to host clients in an agent-branded, AI-assisted home discovery, comparison, and search experience. Complementing that would be a real estate-trained Al technology, which can monitor preferences and behaviors, while simultaneously bestowing agents with contextually relevant suggestions that will guide clients to their new home purchase.
Next up, we must dig into how clients can even search by image to capture listings for sale that match their desired home aesthetic. On top of that, behavior and match score-based AI recommendations are also present in the mix to convert clients with ease.

Taking a feature-specific view of Elliman Inspirations, we begin from its promise to facilitate real-time collaboration between agents and clients. This it does using an ability to share commentary, send listings, build “collections” of listings, as well as track insights and preferences.
The idea behind such a feature stems from making far more impactful, personalized, and targeted search.
Then, there is the prospect of full searchability associated with all live listings in any city, neighborhood, zip, or custom boundaries that can be “drawn on a map.” Joining this would be a facility to track favorite properties, and at the same time, organize a search into personalized folders of listings.
