A Comprehensive Play to Preach a Smarter PropTech Landscape

Inhabit has officially announced the launch of 15 new solutions that span its residential product ecosystem at the National Apartment Association Apartmentalize industry event.

Talk about some of these products on a slightly deeper level, we begin from ResMan, which now boasts significant navigation and user interface enhancements that effectively modernize the look and feel of ResMan, while simultaneously creating an elevated experience for users. It also maintains consistent 3-click navigation and workflows that optimize efficiency and ease of use.

Next up, ResMan features intelligent and efficient renewal workflows that are designed to support customers in the context of maximizing renewals. This they can do using resident statistics, historical offer data, customized offer letters, a highly efficient offer distribution, and resident response/acceptance process.

Another detail worth a mention is rooted in the potential for streamlined eviction management. Here, the solution will leverage integration with Nationwide Compliant, which can take on the tedious and legally complex aspects of managing evictions on your behalf.

Joining that would be the new Affordable Housing Certification Workflow Wizard, geared towards enabling users to create Certifications using a step-by-step guide that prompts for information and checks for discrepancies as the information is entered.

The second solution is InCheck, where users can come expecting extended support for NSPIRE inspections, focused on scaling up the industry’s best NSPIRE pre-inspection tool. As for how it does that, the answer resides in allowing property teams to access item-specific HUD Standards from within the inspection workflow.

InCheck further provides alerting and notification enhancements that allow properties to set thresholds and triggers for notifying individuals or roles about item-specific inspection findings so to ensure timely action.

Alongside that, there is the promise of expanded work order flexibility and searchability. This particular component brings forth granular triggers based on work order categories and/or update criteria, providing a bigger opportunity to automate follow ups for maintenance activities. Complementing the same would be an assortment of new mobile app filtering and viewing options that simplify the process of finding and viewing specific work orders while in the field.

Turning our attention towards Inhabit’s Anyone Home solution, it will deliver at your disposal an AI leasing assistant, who can answer phone-based inquiries 24/7/365, collect guest card information, book tours, and seamlessly transition conversations to live agents when appropriate.

Beyond that, we have a solution called Aptexx, which conceives for you new payment methods including Pay by Bank, Apple Pay, and Flexible Rent Payment Solutions. In essence, these methods give renters much greater flexibility in regards to how they pay rent. Conversely, it also helps properties reduce costs and increase cashflow.

Up next is a product named Razz. Razz’s standout capabilities include cross-property analytics reporting that paves the way for marketers to combine data from each property’s Google Analytics Dashboard into one report. The incentive behind that would be a quick, easy and cost-effective way of optimizing performance and spend across their portfolio.

Razz also produces a comprehensive fee management dashboard to make compliance less complicated of an affair. Such a mechanism should come in handy to help property marketers manage required and optional fees for each property and display them within the Interactive Floor Plan Browser.

Hold on, we still have more to go, considering we haven’t yet touched upon Inhabit’s Western Reporting solution. This one comes decked up with digital income verification. Leveraging a direct connection between renters, their employer, or the payroll system, the stated innovation is able to achieve faster and more efficient process for all stakeholders.

Western Reporting also introduces enhanced ID verification, which collaborates with the applicant screening process to validate an applicant’s phone number and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in real time. To conduct the stated verification, it takes into account bank grade data sources, including telecommunication, banking, credit card and utility data.

We also haven’t touched upon the ScreeningOne solution, inclusive of criminal monitoring and ReCheck Queue features. These features allow users to stay ahead of potential risks.

Finally, there is ePremium with its eDeposit Security Deposit Alternative that offers renters a low-cost alternative to a traditional security deposit and allows properties to expand their pool of potential renters.
